How to delete your account

If you’d like to remove your account and all associated data, you can do it directly in the GenSticker app or by emailing our support team.

Delete your account using the app (recommended)

1. Open the GenSticker app.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.

Delete your account via email

Prefer not to use the app? Send an email to [email protected] from the same address linked to the account you want removed, and we’ll take care of the rest.
